After the close of auction, PTA Silent Auction Committee members will reach out to winning bidders to arrange delivery of winning items on Tuesday, April 23, 2024.

IN-KIND DONATION ONLINE FORM

What is an In-Kind Donation? Any good or service that can be included in our silent auction and "bid" upon for purchase. In-kind donations are charitably given to the PTA and are tax-deductible by the donor. These items may come directly from a donor's business or purchased from a business and then donated.

ONLINE FORM TO HOST A "PARTY-TO-GO" 

What is a Party-to-Go? This is a really awesome addition to our Silent Auction this year is what it is! You and any additional hosts are donating your time and money to throw a party/experience for others to attend. Those who want to attend pay a set amount that you decide upon. Please email Tierni Sulgrove if you have any questions.

CUSTOM DONATIONS

If you wish to donate a custom sum of money, we welcome any amount! Cash, check, money order, or online via credit card - all forms are welcome and all amounts are important to this fundraising effort.

Proceeds from in-kind donations, parties-to-go ticket sales and custom cash donations go directly towards the Solar Prep Girls PTA fundraising goal!

CARNIVAL T-SHIRT

Pre-orders (ending midnight, Sunday, April 14th) can be picked up at the Carnival.

Orders placed between Monday, April 15th through Sunday, April 21st will be available for pick up between May 1st through May 3rd.
